the service is sooo bad at this location - the employees are too busy talking to one another instead of preparing the food well for the customer. I get my meal and the fries are not even in the paper cup they’re supposed to be in- it’s upside down, it’s all over my burger and in the big paper bag. Too bad they have such horrible customer service. Not sure why hired these employees but not only are they extremely rude but seem to be more interested in talking to one another than greeting and serving customers. Your employees are in the service industry, maybe time to go back to school? If not your store will continue losing money and customers then you will wonder why your business failed.

The lady taking orders is the rudest person I have seen… I don’t know why but she’s always not happy while taking orders and if you ever ask her questions about the menu she just gets pissed off. She will never greet you when you go there to order. I’ve been working in the same industry since last 3 years so I know how hospitality works.
