Very extremely dirty I saw cockroaches , food has a hair in it , staff are rude and pushy , overcharged me for drinks . Place is sketchy people use drugs and sneak in bottles stay away !!
I have been a loyal patron of Kramer’s for years, but the manager at the bar incorrectly claimed that I did not pay an $18 bill, despite having proof of payment. I paid the bill again and tipped generously, as I always do, and have also promoted the establishment on my Instagram account, which has 20,000 followers. Sketchy management, was not concerned and tried to cover up a random and unprovoked attack on my husband and friend. We were sitting at a table just talking to each other when a guy came up and punched my friend out of the blue and then when my husband tried to stop them, proceeded to punch my husband 7 times in the face while bar staff watched and did nothing.
