Great Service and food . I visited last friday and got a great service from girl at front . Also I tried their melts . Pizza was hot too and ambiance was very welcoming and charming . I recommend everyone to visit once .
Pizza Hut doesn't have the best customer service but my experience August 18th 12am was unacceptable. The girls continued their conversation 3+ min without acknowledging me, gave me dirty looks, and talked to me as little as possible. I was polite the whole time (I've worked in customer service since I was 19 so I basically can't turn it off). Also my pizza was mostly crust. Girls are a) skinny brown girl with bad posture and stank face, and b) square-faced brown girl with glasses.

Would rate higher if they were consistent. 8/10 my pizza arrives covered with barely any cheese. So I'm forced to order "extra cheese" to compensate. And despite requesting extra cheese, it still comes with less than the standard amount without extra cheese. Honestly, I gave up and started doing pickups from a different location and then never had an issue since.As for atmosphere.. Does anyone actually dine in at a pickup location? Can't say much about the service since I order...read full review
