“I’ve been going to Pizza Pizza since I was in Grade 9, and one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back is because of Angela. She’s been working there for years, and she’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming every single time I’ve come in.

From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.

What I appreciate the most is how she remembers people and builds real connections with customers. Over the past four years, she’s recognized me, asked how I’ve been, and always greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency isn’t common, and it shows she truly cares about her job and the people she serves.

It’s rare to come across someone like Angela who leaves such a strong, positive impression just by being kind and dedicated. She’s a big reason why that Pizza Pizza location feels welcoming, and she definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every day.“

Asian pizza sauce tends to be sweeter than traditional pizza sauce. Korean taste usually is more sweeter as well.

We got half and half pizza (bulgogi + shrimbul). Bulgogi was sweet and tasty. Lots of meat and cheese on it. Shrimpbul had lots of shrimp (tails on though!), bulgogi and lots of toppings. I liked shrimpbul more than m bulgogi.
Pizza is huge! 13 inches wide.

“Amazing Pizza! Stopped today while in town and it’s just like the old school NYC slice shops. Friendly staff and very efficient at moving the customers through without feeling rushed. Solid, fresh ingredients too! I had seen it on a YouTube interview and decided I had to check it out and I’m glad I did.“

““Absolutely loved my experience at Vie Strada Food & Drink, also known as Clandestino.
As an influencer, I’m always chasing great food and vibes, and this spot nailed both.
Chef Deso personally presented each dish at the table, starting with their incredible bone marrow where are the Chef blow? Torch touch.
The house wine was offered by the bottle for the meal. ((Thank you))
I asked Chef Deso to create something special for me, and he delivered a perfectly cooked steak paired with one of the most creamy, dreamy gnocchi I’ve had in Toronto. My date couldn’t stop raving about the Tuna and grilled octopus too.
What really stood out is that Chef runs the back of the house basically solo and with his wife, pouring so much heart into every plate and glass.
We did their dining menu special and honestly, for the quality and generosity, the price is ridiculously reasonable. I literally thought the price was per person, but it was per couple and I suggest this place to anyone that wants to take a date out for great food and beverages that’s affordable.
It felt like a true privilege to eat there.

We ordered the Antipasti Board to start and it was well curated and had ample portions. We followed this up a Pizzano pizza and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Very flavourful on both counts. “Tried the half Vinegar Chicken and really enjoyed it. The paprika-heavy rub gave the chicken plenty of flavor, and it was roasted perfectly with juicy meat and crispy skin. Despite the name, don’t expect an acidic, vinegar-forward gravy. Instead, the sauce is subtle and slightly sweet from the roasted shallots, complementing the chicken without overpowering it.

The roasted potatoes and pickled pepperoncini were excellent accompaniments, adding both heartiness and a bright, tangy contrast to the dish.

Apparently, this is Danny’s signature dish, inspired by one served at Bernie’s in Brooklyn and it’s easy to see why it’s become a standout.“

“WOW! What an incredible dinner! First off, Renee was such an attentive and quality server, very rare these days, so I have to give her a shout-out! She gave us great recommendations, walked us through the specials, and suggested we do half-and-half with our pizza, which was perfect for our group. Our glasses were always full, and she was really on top of the timing of everything. She genuinely made for such a great dining experience!

The special was sardines on crispy polenta, and it was absolutely delicious and looked like a work of art. I need to get it again! The arancini, calamari, vodka rigatoni, and fig pizza were also big hits with my friends. On top of that, the prices didn't break the bank and I felt I got good value for the quality and amount of food. The vibe of the restaurant was amazing too, cool space and great playlist. The quality of the pizzas is exceptional--generous toppings and the very freshest, very best of everything. The do not skimp. Juniors medium is actually a large, so there is great value on offer. “I can honestly say Martino Pizza & Asian Fusion Kitchen is one of those places that reminds you why supporting local businesses matters. The hype is real and the drive is 100% worth it. (36 hours for me btw, hahaha.)

The General Tao’s Chicken Pizza is absolutely incredible. It’s such a unique creation, but somehow every flavour works perfectly together. The balance of sweet, savoury, crispy, and cheesy is something you have to experience for yourself. This isn’t just a “viral” food item this is a pizza made with real creativity, passion, and care.

Toronto is truly blessed to have the owner and his wife sharing their craft with the community. Being in business for 26 years says everything about the love and dedication they’ve poured into this place. You can taste the thoughtfulness in every single thing they make nothing feels rushed, nothing feels ordinary. Every dish has a story behind it and you can feel the pride they have in what they do!!!
