“We ordered the signature shrimbul. We came on a Monday afternoon around 4, so it wasn’t very busy. Service was good, food came fairly quickly, but this may be due to the time that we came. Pizza is very good, the sauce tastes a bit sweet and delicious; the style is thick and heavy, so only 13” fed two of us, maybe 16” if you are two big boys.“
“I was excited to hear about a place that serves Halifax style donairs so I was real anticpating this one. Now I am not disappointed but feel that are differences between the two I say this because I was born in Halifax, N.S. and donairs is #1 thing that people love. The difference is the thickness of the sauce, thickness of the pita and there is no lettuce added to a traditional donair just white onions and tomatoes to round it out. With these few changes to there donair you can say it would make it more authentic. These donairs are delicious and flavourful.“
“Incredibly pleasant and fast service, delicious food. The facility is very clean and homely. We were served by the cashier Angela, who helped us choose a pizza. Extremely nice and polite woman who is an expert in choosing pizza. Recommended!!“
“Quality pizza that doesn't miss! They even serve slices (which is becoming a rarity). The only negative is there is ALWAYS a queue, but it moves quickly, and it guarantees that the pizza you receive is fresh. My recommendation is to order a pie ahead of time.I'd rank their pizza in my top 5 in the City.Recommendations: try their vodka pizza at least once - not my personal favourite but it is a cult classic.“
“They are the Ontarian Olive Garden substitute for good italian food. But where Oive Garden hav lost the plot, east side marios have upped their game since when they years ago. Their menu provides you ample variety without confusing you too much. They have great Veg and non vegetarian options. Their all you can eat salads and soup with bread is a great option if you want to eat something light and healthy (Depending on your selection of soups and salad). They have a very good selection of drinks both alc & non-alc. The ambience isn't great but it is good. The pricing is also spot on which makes it good value for money. The staff serves with a smile. These reasons have made repeat customers of me and the fly.“
“Dropped by today and was really intrigued by some of the more unique pizzas. Got the duck one and it was sooo good! Duck on a pizza is not something you normally see but the flavours went together so seamlessly. The dough and crust is also great, crispy yet fluffy and light. A must try. Will for sure be back to have some of the other pizzas!!“
“Pizza is great; great taste and ingredients. They have a lot of toppings to choose from and they are fresh. Also there are various dipping sauces and the price is very convenient specially for students because they have a promo for 1 medium pizza for 10 dollars including 1 dipping sauce. Recommended!!!!“
“The bottom was crispy without be greasy and the dough was very fluffy. I think it was kinda doughy and wish it was a bit lighter and airier but still good. I got the daddy’s favourite ?. Prob wouldn’t get it again unless there was more sauce“
“Very delicious pizza! Was in town on a family trip and this was the closest thing to our hotel that was appealing and not gross fast food or extremely fancy restaurant sit down style - got the signature and a pepperoni for takeout back to the hotel, pizza was delicious and the BOGO takeout price was just rightPlace was bustling but service was great, fast and friendly. Definitely recommended.“
“Probably the best pizza I have ever had. Throughly enjoyed it and wish this was in the UK. Staff were friendly and take pride of their high Google review ratings, and it shows in the food.Only thing that would make this even more better would be inclusion of chips/fries on the menu, or at least wedges. If we are ever in Toronto again, we will eat here.“
“Liberty pizzeria is one of the best pizza joints in Toronto. I’ve dined in, had takeout and tried their lunch specials - pizza’s were delicious each time. All ingredients used taste high quality and fresh, their tomato sauce is one of the best I’ve had, cheese isn’t too greasy and they use cup pepperoni! The pizza dough is thin, chewy and crispy.Prices are a bit on the higher end. I find the lunch special to be expensive as well considering how thin their pizzas are.Overall, this joint is a 10/10 is a local favourite spot.“
“BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN TORONTO HANDS DOWN! Don’t even bother going anywhere else!! We stumbled upon this place while trying to find somewhere to eat, and we were shocked at how authentic and fresh the food was. They make their own pasta in house and it is to die for!!! We will definitely be back.“
“I finally got to try this place a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint! I ordered over the phone for collection. I went for the mix and match pie, half Spicy shatta Bomba and half Upside down and they made them both vegan for me. I also got the burnt tomato dip.Collection was quick and easy and the person who served my was very bubbly and friendly.I got home and when I say I INHALED it...it was sooo f'ing delicious. The restaurant is very cute, will definitely be back to try for dine in“
“To everyone saying the pizza is floppy….well duh. A cardboard box is literally a sauna for a pizza. Simple fix: when you get home simply throw a few slices on a pan at low heat, it re-crisps the bottom in minutes. Delicious place!Keep your prices reasonable and quality high, and we’ll be lifetime customers.Btw if you’re vegetarian or like veggie pizzas my favourite combo is The Kevin with onions mushrooms roasted garlic jalapeño.“
“We had a wonderful experience at Tulia Osteria Bar The service was impeccable (thank you Andy!) and the food, amazing. We ordered the Antipasti Board to start and it was well curated and had ample portions. We followed this up a Pizzano pizza and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Very flavourful on both counts. And Pistachio gelato to finish. They are just getting started! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!“
“Everyone that works there is an absolute gem, and it’s always such a delight to walk into such a fun and welcoming environment! Also the food there is great! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and haven’t found one thing that I didn’t like! I would highly recommend Bar Poet, for a great date spot, place to hang out with your friends, or somewhere warm and inviting to come for a solo drink, or bit to eat!“
“This is one, if not the best pizza place I’ve been to. The workers there are amazing, nice and very hard working. Their food is so amazing as well, especially their pizza’s. All in all, amazing place and food, definitely will come back. 10/10“
“I recently visited this pizza joint and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was incredibly fresh, bursting with flavor in every bite. The service was top-notch too – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The cleanliness of the place also stood out to me. It’s evident that they take great care in maintaining a hygienic environment, which is always reassuring when dining out.And let’s talk about the prices – very reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. You definitely get great value for your money here.Overall, I highly recommend this pizza place to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a clean and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning for more!“
“Pizza wine disco is the place to be! I went with a friend for a night out and we had the best night. The food is nothing short of exceptional—with appetizers crafted to perfection—highly recommend the steak tartare. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every need is met promptly. As the night progresses, the ambiance transforms into a lively discotheque, where great music and high energy have people dancing into the early hours. My friend and I were impressed by the seamless blend of delicious food, impeccable service, and atmosphere, making our experience at Pizza Wine Disco truly unforgettable.“
“Came in for the first time and ordered classic slices pepperoni and cheese. First of all they were playing Big Star in the the store so I could tell these guys were chill and the restaurant was just very calm and lowkey which Toronto needs more of. The slices were super crispy and had great crust and were just great on all counts. I’ll definitely pull up again.?“
“BEST PIZZA IN TORONTO ?I was born in New York originally, so Pizza is a very sacred bite for me. I have been coming to Fresca for about two years now and I truly believe it is the BEST pizza in the city. Not the second best or the third best but the BEST, number 1.The staff is fantastic, and it is family run. Some days there will be lines all throughout the day because everybody just wants a slice! Also very friendly pricing. For a margarita slice, it is 4.50 or $5 with card.Wide selection of pastas, and different pizza options. Try the margarita with the homemade oil-garlic spread they put on the pizza and have by the door.10/10 pizza , I just had it today and have it almost every week. Loyalty to my people and to my pizzas ?“
“Nothing beats authentic Italian food. 100/10, if it wasn’t so expensive to fly internationally I would fly back to Toronto solely to go here. Food is incredible, service is great and the gelato is a nice way to top off an incredible dinner. If you’re in Toronto, you absolutely need to go “
“Dude I gotta tell you. This place rocks! Sol pizza is such a low-key spot but man do they bring the flavour. Thin crust, fresh ingredients ???? and steps away from Yorkville, this is the place for pizza. I’m a big fan of the Fornino. What makes this place great is their tree covered patio, making for easy summer enjoyment. Only downside is the winter you’ll want to take food to go.Wheelchair accessibility: In & out no stress“
“Some of the best pizza in Toronto! Don't bother with anywhere else in the neighborhood. This is the one! The slices are thin and foldable with the perfect crust, delicious sauce and appropriate cheese ratio. Though it's not advertised, this is just like some of the best slices I've had in NYC. In lieu of pepperoni, that offer both sweet and spicy salami options, and they're both superior! Price is right too at $5-6 a slice and whole pies starting at $15.“
“Decided to order from here and ordered directly instead of Uber, wanting to spare them fees or at least give them more money.I saw their delivery fee was pretty high, which I don’t understand how everyone charges for delivery in this city but okay…. Then I entered my driver tip.But then they asked for a RESTAURANT tip. What? Isn’t that the balance of everything else??Not ordering from here again that’s for sure. Pie was tasty though so if we’re ever in the mood to eat in, sure, we’ll go back. But two tips PLUS delivery fees is way too much.too much for me anyway“
“great food and customer service. For me as someone who is a picky eater they far exceeded my expectations. today was my first time but they set such a great impression that I will definitely be going there again . highly suggest eating here“
“Food is awesome and portion is big for the price. Tandoori chicken bowl with rice and salad (really good salad as well). Chicken is perfectly cooked and high quality. 10 dollars for a portion that would cost 20 at most "chain/fast" food “
“the food here is creative, unique, and absolutely delicious. i usually get a couple of different slices during lunch, The Keanu is incredible. the smash burgers are so tasty and satisfying, i usually grab one to go and eat it in the park paired with a beer from blood brothers.it's very apparent Mikey and his team put a lot of care into what they serve - not just presentation and quality but also the diligence and discipline to create the flavours which are unique (with a touch of familiarity) and consistent.in a city flooded with pizza shops and burger shops, Big Trouble is a standout for flavour and creativity, no one does it like they do.“
“Great pizza. I mean GREAT pizza. We tried 2 pizzas, the pepperoni and cacio pepe. We also had their ribs, apparently a new item, and it should definitely stay on the menu! Our friends had burgers, they loved them. And we also had the Ceasar salad. To round things off we also shared a dessert that had dulce de leche with ice cream and nuts. Wonderful. And revisiting soon! Danny and his wife were also nice to chat with.Parking: On this part of College Street on most evenings, it is hard to score a street spot. Just the way it is. If it's a hassle you don't want grab a cab.“
“We went (family of 5) last night for a dinner at Venga Cucina. The ambiance in the restorant is very pleasant, high quality cutlery and flatware. Subtle italian music in the background. The waiter informed us about daily specials, explained dishes and recomended the wine. The chef/owner stopped by, we chatted a bit. The food...pinsaria, pasta, side table cheese wheel - so tasty, delicious, no nonsense food! Fresh and high quality ingredients, localy sourced with some of them coming from Italy. Flour, sausages... Service was amazing. Knowledgeable, unpretentious, perfect timing... It was our first time dining at Venga, but for sure it is not the last time. Highly recomended!!!“
“Awesome bar with great atmosphere and charming staff. I ordered a pepperoni pizza at around 950pm-ish on a Saturday night last week and it was pretty decent. I just wished I came in earlier to be able to eat a pizza slice with more toppings(cause I'm the type of pizza lover that likes more than 7 toppings on a pizza). The kitchen closes at 10pm despite the fact that the bar keeps going afterwards. Cool place to grab a drink and chillax.“
“What a charming and cozy spot. Each dish is beautifully designed. We had a pizza that was light and crispy and the salsicchia and gnocchi were unbelievable. The open kitchen really adds to the environment as well, it is fun to see and hear everything that goes on that is usually behind the scenes.“
“Wow Yelpers what's going on? This place has been here for at more than a year there's only two reviews. The latest addition to the big trouble, and midnight market bar portfolio. If you want a bar that has free games to play such as basketball and foosball. They have other games like street fighter, pong, mortal kombat and puzzle bubble. Thursday Friday and Saturday it turns into a mini club with a decent dance floor and amazing music. The cocktails are well crafted and the food is pretty interesting. If you want a lively and young crowd that's the best time to go. The staff provides excellent service to cater your needs.“
“I had a machine gun burger and it was literally the best burger I have ever tasted.i devoured it in 1 minute. The owner made everything from scratch and you can tell the difference. You wouldn't want to pass by the neighborhood without visiting this awesome little spot.“
“A delicious pizza but the worker TOMÁS is a bad person and does not know how to treat customers, I have come many times and it is the second time that he treats us badly, he uses bad wordsA delicious pizza but the worker TOMÁS is a bad person and does not know how to treat customers, I have come many times and this is the second time that he treats us badly.“
“This place is definitely good. Food is rich in flavor, portions suit the price. We got the funghi pizza, and the mushrooms were tasty, the dough well seasoned, not too greasy. Only gripe is the weirdly high amount of arugula dominating the pizza. Took it off and treated it as a side salad, so all good.“
“Great meal, salad and pizza were fantastic, only to be outdone by the incredible service! The owner and chef were engaged with the customers, that was impressive. The place has a cool vibe, we are definitely going back. Well done Pizza Beast!“
“Chewy and crispy crust with a little char in the best way. The Hawaiin pizza is excellent. I am currently in a pizza club with some friends and we try pies all over the city. This place ranks right up there with my favourites. Go try it. ? Also noticed there’s a disgruntled uber driver wreaking havok on their google rating with his several fake accounts by giving a ton of 1 star reviews. Super lame. If you read this, help this business out and give them a good rating, they deserve it.“
“wow! i love this place! an accidental discovery walking by - pefect place for a self love sundaythe hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and answered all my questionsmy turkish coffee and tea were for real, the best ive ever had - their brunch and dinner menu looks INCREDIBLE - i am really lookong forward to coming here to try evwrythingits very clear they rake immense pride and care in rheir ingredients and servicethe atmosphere is also very relaxing with very nicebackround music - definitely feels like an authentic mini escape from the hustle and bustle of the city - will be my self love sunday splurge every week!1000% reccomend!“
“Best pizza pizza location by far!! Dipen is so friendly and makes the pizzas so well and so consistently. He also handles special orders very well every time. I often don’t risk getting it anywhere else. Highly recommend, thank you Dipen!!“
“One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Toronto! Their date night menu is definitely not to be missed. From the amuse bouche to the desserts, every dish was remarkable! Being a family-run restaurant, the owners lent a personal touch to the service. They even gave us an extra dessert on the house just because I mentioned I was curious about one of the menu items! Truly a precious hidden gem in the city.“
“Wow. What a hidden (literally) gem.I had the iced chai latte and the Kouign-amann… when I tell you that pastry changed my life, I mean it. I contemplated going back to get another one. Caramelized outside, soft and chewy inside - layered with cinnamon. It was the absolute perfect start to my morning. There’s such cute little gifts for purchase as well - perfect if you work or live in the area and need to get something unique and special for a gift. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy yet upscale - in all the best ways.I will be back - excited to try more of their food offerings! The cookies looked delicious.“
“Oh my god !!! Amazing sourdough pizza. One of the best i ever had. Honestly I didnt expect it to be this good at a place like world food market. I was hoping for a decent pizza but being a professional pizza maker for more than 2 years, I can say right from the toppings to the base to the crust was mouth watering.Perfectly cooked and calue for money pizza.I loved the attitude of the owner working there. Not sure if he was the owner but he was a sweet guy.But it is gonna be my regular place to have pizza whenever I m in downtown.Dont miss their chocolate mousse. It was a cherry on the top.Amazing quality and taste.Make sure you have the patience to wait 25 mins for a pizza. Its worth it“
“After watching Portnoy's video I had to try this place as I'm always looking for my next perfect slice and I think I did.Pizza was cook perfectly, the toppings was more than enough and it had the perfect crunch after each bite. Will have to visit again for lunch since that's when they have slices available so that I can sample their menu“
“I got a zaatar saj wrap with falafel, and tahini, tzatziki and garlic sauce. It was delicious!! It’s quite a large portion, and the wrap was two meals for me.The guy behind the counter was super nice too.I took a star off for the mixed paper+plastic wrapping, which would be impossible to compost or recycle. An only paper wrapping (like Subway does it) might potentially work too, just a thought :)“
“Had dinner at The Signature on King Street in downtown Toronto tonight. The classy setting, friendly professional staff, and the priceless views of Roy Thomson Hall right across the street contributed to a very memorable experience. The night started with a cheese pizza appetizer that set the bar high. It tasted amazing. The fish and chips I ordered were the best I've ever had. The halibut was thick, tender, and full of flavour, with a perfectly crisp batter, served with fries and tartar sauce. This was one of the best, if not the best, dining experiences I've had since living in Toronto. The pricing also is one of the best values I've encountered for the quality.“
“I love that i can get a gluten free vegan pizza that tastes this good. I highly reccommend paying the extra to get the sesame crust. This place is using very high quality ingrediants. Hands down one of the best pizzas in the city!!!! Must try.“
“Went there for lunch. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch choices. Katy or Kady, our server, was great. She was attentive as usual. Even with big hamily gathering she made time to see yo our needs. I have been several times now and each time I have had a memorable time. I wi be returning in a few weeks. I will continue to recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Pizza Pazzi for a wonderful time.“
“The pizzas are one of the best in the town. My 100% go to place for a slice of pizzas on a regular day. The service is good too but little cold dine in area as is right next to the door , although is well ventilated. The tables are most of the time clean and tidy. Not too busy too on week days.“
“I’m not vegetarian but after eating here I easily could be converted. The food was delicious. The Torched and Pressed roll is too good to miss!! We ate there two days in a row. Please open a location in Niagara!!Vegetarian options: All plant based and delicious!!!“
