I'd just stepped out of a really fun show at Lee's Palace when I figured I'd grab a late night snack before heading home. I remembered seeing a Popeyes on the way in, and lo and behold the place was still open. Great chicken sandwiches and value. This location is very busy and at times the staff doesn't remember everything about your order (toppings, sauces, choice of drink). However, they are polite and happy to correct their mistakes when brought up.

Popeyes is new in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I like fried chicken (who doesn't) So I went for the first time and had the Chicken Sandwich, their signature sandwich. Comes on a fairly large bun with mayo and a small pickle slice, a little weird. $10! First bite was nice, crispy outside very juicy chicken inside. But it went downhill after that.
