The renowned pilot roasters lives up to its nameGreat espresso. Very smooth and perfectly steamed milk. Espresso goes down really nicely that I had to hold back so I could enjoy it longer. Cortado was perfect, which I forgot to snap a pic of and the latte was also on pointThe place has a minimalist aesthetic and very nice cafe vibe.
