Excellent service from the young gentleman who worked Sunday July 2nd at Fairview Mall. He served me even though the mall wasn't exactly opened yet and gave me suggestions on what items were ready. Thanks for a great experience on the long weekend!
Best bbt place in the mall! A bit pricey but their customer service always wins me over~ ? Had a couple visits and I’m always impressed at how they deal with the Karens that pass by ?

Ten ren’s menu is insanely huge!! I tried the Tokyo Sakura, which was one of their popular drinks as per their Popular Drinks banner. Tasted very summery and refreshing with the lemon and the yakult mixed together.I went on the later end of the day so no line up. Drinks came out promptly and accurately. Wish I took a photo of the drink because it was very pretty and true to the photo on the banner. Will visit this location again.
