Sign taped to door to get to washrooms said "Out of Service," around 4:00 p.m. upon arrival at this coffee & tea bar/sandwich/donut shop restaurant, but both male & female washrooms actually were operating, no problem -- a customer was buzzed in & used at least the female washroom, by a request of counter staff then, early eve. I ordered a steeped tea with 3 sugar and 2milk...And they gave me the steeped tea without stirring. All of the sugar was at the bottom making last few sips too sweet and the rest of the drink sugarless.
