Large and spacious cafe that can accommodate a considerable group or bunch of folks.Situated a few meters away from the Sheppard- Yonge bus station and subway station. This location is extremely understaffed, staff are unhelpful, and for a location where they consistently don't have anyone available to give you your mobile orders, they always place the mobile orders just out of reach so you can't pick them up yourself and if you don't speak up they'll have you waiting 10 minutes for your order.As a result I've switched to the location in the Sheppard Center, where not only do they have your order ready and within reach, they are adequately staffed...read full review

Came to this location at noon on a Sunday(quite a busy place) very efficient speed and I was greeted and served by a very friendly n welcoming gentleman with smile. Got the loaded hanbanero chicken wrap, during my wait for my wrap another lady greeted and checked up on me to makesure I was served. Wrap was delicious and convenient for my way to work.
