I had this cheesecake once but I was thrilled to see it when we were walking to Little Canada. We returned for a snack and to also bring the leftovers back to the Airbnb. We got the original Japanese cheesecake which is pretty big and shareable. Texture is very moist and bursting with flavor. I could easily gobble this up in a day. Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake. It's a soufflé cheesecake. On this day, I had Earl Grey, not Matcha. The flavor of the tea was strong and delicious. The size is just right! It would last for 3 days in the refrigerator, so it was perfect as a souvenir.

I got the original cheesecake and my friend got the strawberry angel cake and both were delicious! Their matcha madeline is also a must try. Small place however, so expect around a 10 min wait in line.
