Overall, nice atmosphere and the food is okay but kind of pricey for the quality you get. Ordered the sushi set and the black garlic oil ramen. However, the egg yolk tasted a bit stale, not sure if it’s the taste of if it was gone bad.
Sushi and sashimi was fresh and tasty along with the salad and miso soup. The lunch menu seems to have changed from pre-Covid; it has been scaled back with higher prices. The server didn’t come around to check on us or to see whether we wanted to order anything else.Pretty restaurant and ambiance.

Hibiki sashimi is our favorite post-Unionville trail walk treat to ourselves. They honestly serve the best sashimi cuts in GTA. We always end up disappointed when we get sashimi from a different place since we've been spoiled by Hibiki's quality. Toro toro maki and black cod misozuke are other dishes that we've order in the past and really enjoyed!
