I'm not saying its quality is out of the world, but the sushi and sashimi are pretty good compared to those Japanese/Korean restaurants (I've had really disappointing experience). Salmon Lover: salmon sashimi, salmon nigiri and spicy salmon roll. Salmon was so fatty and fresh, and super thick!!Green Dragon Roll: Dynamic roll with avo on top. I'd say the shrimp tempura was thinly battered. It's creamy and slightly crunchy. I quite like it!Overall I'm not disappointed at all. I'm impressed that it's of good quality. I definitely want to try their sushi party tray.“

We always end up disappointed when we get sashimi from a different place since we've been spoiled by Hibiki's quality. “Super quick service, newly renovated and ayce sushi. Came with a reservation and was seated promptly. The interior of this place is newly renovated from what it was before and it's quite nice! You order from ipads and the food comes out at lightning speed. There's also a cold apps/ salad bar that is self serve, along with some soup and dessert. Ayce dinner during the weekday is $39.99 per adult. The menu is huge with lots of options to pick from, ranging from raw to cooked. Some of the items I liked were: - Ichiban roll - Assortment of sashimi - Takoyaki - Steamed egg - Garlic beef cubes - Roasted wings - Kalbi - Grilled mackerel You can expect the food here to be your typical ayce quality. It still hits the spot though, so give it a try. Great for large parties. Service was 5/5 as our server was super enthusiastic and chatty with our table. Would visit again!“

“First ever omakase experience and it did not disappoint. Favourite part was most definitely the sushi round which served individual pieces at a time to patrons. Each sushi was unique to its own with specific ingredients procured from different regions of the world. Time passed by too quickly as I could’ve eaten more. Given the process of serving food, dining etiquette was at first confusing for a first time noob like myself but I quickly adapted to the experienced patrons near me. The staff here is also exceptionally kind as my wife mentioned it was my birthday and the chef presented me an extra piece of sushi with a candle. Turns out you can also let them know ahead of time and they’ll generously prepare a piece of birthday cake. All in all it was a great experience and a definite recommendation for sushi lovers and foodies alike.“

“A friend of mine told me to stop at J San for some sushi. I have to admit the sushi combo 211 I ordered was really fresh. And I liked the seafood selection they have for sale, good stuff. Overall, all the tables and the washroom were clean. But there was a couple flies I believe from that Zz plant that were flying over my head and food constantly.Parking: Parking is across the street and 3 hours free for restaurant customers. Don't park on the street.“

Like places like Ichiban, or Sushi Moto, etc were never really interesting. But after discovering this absolute whole in the wall I can’t stop eating. As I’m writing this in the past 24 hours I’ve basically eaten half a platter of their sushi completely on my own. The staff are all amazing people always having an amazing time and really make you feel included and appreciated as a customer. I now go on an almost daily to weekly basis and always order the spicy or the creamy crab rolls exclusively but their huge platters are amazing for parties and gatherings. We got the three ways of salmon don.In the bowl there was plain sashimi, a torched salmon and a diced marinated salmon. It also had a few green veggies, a piece of shrimp and a soft boiled egg.The salmon was very high quality. The torched salmon was extremely soft and had a melt in your mouth quality. I do not usually enjoy soft boiled eggs but this one was quite good and added a refreshing feel to the meal. I would highly recommend this dish!“

The place is a bit small so if you have a big group you should probably do take out. I was given two chopsticks and tissues, but I was only given one for a large box of sushi. The wasabi that was small enough to stick on chopsticks and the soy sauce that was only one-fifth of the box was not enough for one person... It is difficult for me to give a five-star review. The packaging is far from worthy of the price and is a bit petty.“
