Unlike what the previous reviewers have experienced, my friends and I received excellent service! The staff were gracious and nice. They checked in every once in a while to ask if we needed any more food and refilled our pot. The owners are especially nice. I think that people should not be deterred by the earlier reviews as opening day was probably a bit stressful for them. Excellent hot pot for good value in Waterloo! They had a 20% off sale when I was there. The owner is very nice. Their menu also offers a bigger variety than other hot pot restaurants around here.老板人很好！以后还会再来的！
