“Unexpectedly good western/Hong Kong style fusion restaurant inside a hotel. The mustard flavor pork chop was huge but tender and juicy. Came with your choice of appetizer (soup - both clam chowder and lobster bisque were good or salad - Ceasar and smoked salmon were fresh and not soggy) and carb choices (rice,pasta,fries etc). All shrimps that accompanied main course were not overcooked or fishy. Grilled chicken was crispy and juicy. Everything came really hot which is a bonus in my books. Meal ended with good variety of hot and cold drinks. Whole party of 9 all stuffed and happy with their choices. Service exceptional like that of a 5 stars hotel.
