We routinely have gone to this Swiss Chalet for the Festive Dinner and have always enjoyed it. This year was horribly different. Ordered beef sandwich and soup. Soup came after the sandwich and fries. Waitress never returned to the table. Had to attend the kitchen to ask for our bill. Sandwich was full of fat. We have seen this restaurant slowly slip over the past year. No where near what you would expect. We won’t be back.

Terrible dried up chicken. When I said something to the waitress she said well chicken breasts were dry. This isn’t the first time either. Not sure what’s happened as their chicken used to be lovely and moist.
