My brother and I were having a nice catch-up at a restaurant on a Sunday night. The front girl was very friendly and accommodating. However, our pleasant experience was ruined by a person named Mark, who I'm not sure was a waiter or the manager. Mark started to rush our table,asking if we wanted our ice cream served or if we wanted the bill. This made us feel uncomfortable and ruined the atmosphere of our night. Gratuity was charged for a table of two and our server didn't mention that it was already part of the bill, we noticed it after giving an additional tip. Restaurants normally inform you before hand when gratuity is included. Not happy with the lack of communications.
