“This place is tucked away a little so you would rarely see it…however, The staff were amazing here, the prices reasonable and to top it off the food was amazingly good.I will say that the pulled pork was probably the best I had - very flavourful and not sweet like the closest competitor around here - the cornbread was excellent (would be better with gravy), it had like Cardamum and other spices on it and was definitely one of the better tasting cornbreads I’ve had (edges were crispy, inside soft and fluffy)Here is the kicker though the Nashville hot chicken is by and far the best I’ve had in the GTA - warning it is hot hot - and the spice builds up on the tongue - but it was too late I ate too much before I found out (because it tasted so good) - so, if your a fan of good spice just get this trust me you won’t be disappointed at all…at this point I have to go and try everything else they have“
“We went to celebrate a special occasion on March 1st and absolutely loved the service and food. Julie was incredibly nice and gave us a complementary piece of cake to celebrate ?Dinner is a bit more expensive than lunch (as is the case for most restaurants) but the food was 10000x better. 10/10 would go back during dinner rush again. “Ordered the Family Meal on DD. Full rack bbq ribs, 12 wings, fries coleslaw and gravy.Everything was great, portions and flavours were great, only downfall was that ribs were over-salted. Entire dinner was cold but that was probably DD delivery driver issue.Would definitely give it another try.“
“I am always skeptical about Nigerian restaurants especially customers service but I was pleasantly surprised with suya bistro, the lady was courteous, soft spoken and ever so pleasant ( Nkenna) even called to tell me my order was ready. I ordered the jollof rice and beef suya and it was delicious. I only wished I lived in Canada as I visited from upstate NY but I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Please keep up the good customer service it makes such a difference.“

“the only place in Toronto with the best food. our children from as far as Stouffville and Oshawa always get us to pick up St. Matthews. we have had them cater a wedding showers get togethers. my only preferred take out Every Saturday we get their food for our dinner. the best food in all of Toronto“

“Best halwa Puri in town so far. Puri was light and grease free, halwa, Chana and aalo salan was amazing. Portion size was good. Pickle was added flavour, tea was also very good. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we will come back.“

“Came here with a friend for the first time and must say it is pretty decent. The restaurant could use more space to accommodate more dine in customers. Wait times for food is doable. We ordered 2 pounds of creamy garlic wings and ribs. Hands down the best wings I had. It was so crispy way better than St. Louis. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried the ribs myself but will be back.Recommend for anyone.“
