We had a $300 order and forgot to present our $172 certificate from Costco. We were dismayed because we'd planned on using this for the day's shopping spree at Costco. Free money. We bought alot. We thought we'd see what they could do and reached out to Tia at the customer service desk. This is no doubt a FIVE star Costco. Other reviewers must not shop at many other Costcos. Shopping at this Costco compared to others is a treat and stress reducing. Even fueling here is a breeze. I can't imagine on my worse day at being a member here for now 24+ years it ever even qualifying for 4 stars! Go visit Salem or any Portland locations and report back! Yelp lets you revise Reviews.
