“I don't visit Crumbl as often as I did in the past, but I've always had a pleasant experience visiting this location. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The cookies are delicious, and I love that they offer something new on a weekly basis. Some cookies are better than others, but they usually have something fun to try when we place an order. This location shares a parking lot with multiple other businesses. It can be a challenge driving around/parking in that parking lot. Overall, I'd recommend this location.“
“This place is great. I once accompanied someone to their interview here and they sent me home with a free loaf of bread. It wasn't my interview, but they still saw me as their guest and thanked me for being there. Wholesome place 10/10“
“My friend and I came to meet here because she has never been here before. She said she wants to come back. She likes the atmosphere. She really liked the hot chocolate she ordered and the sticky bun. I ordered a chai tea. The chai tea was so yummy and creamy.“

“Lovely little downtown bakery!! I've got a cousin who is gluten free and I was so glad to have a place to take her when she visited a little while ago! The food at sprinkles has been consistently delicious! Their carrot cake cupcakes are my personal favorite. I don't think I have ever been disappointed there. Further, The service is phenomenal, the bakers are so friendly! A great stop if you're having a day downtown or need a little pick me up.“
“This was a good spot to fill the need for sweet bread. Coming from AZ there are slight differences but this was pretty good and probably as close to authentic as you will get in Albany. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well presented. The chocoflan was good and moist as it needed to be. Lots of desserts and cakes to order.“

“We had a $300 order and forgot to present our $172 certificate from Costco. We were dismayed because we'd planned on using this for the day's shopping spree at Costco. Free money. We bought alot. We thought we'd see what they could do and reached out to Tia at the customer service desk. She gave us several options, but also indicated she could re-run our order back through the cash register, zero out the balance, and start all over. Tia must've been gone 15". (We bought a ton of stuff). Anyway she was able to get this done, use our gift certificate, and bring our balance down under $100. What was impressive was her kind demeanor and her can do it attitude. We were very grateful as I really didn't want that much on our card. Thank you Tia and the rest of the customer service at Costco. We think you are exemplary. Thank you for making our day!“
“Sweet Waters is a great family restaurant for sure. I really want to thank the staff Makayla and Linda for taking care of our group that eats at Sweet Waters twice a week.I understand some people will never be happy. That shows by them constantly bitching everyplace to go…. Gas stations or restaurants.Maybe they are the problem.Sweet Waters keep up the good work! “Locals has the best soft pretzels I've had. They are huge, soft and delicious. Plus they are a really good price. Tried the original glazed donut as well which was also very good. They are quite large, great texture and not too sweet which I liked. I would highly recommend trying them!“
