“This location recently hired a new morning manager and when I got there 15 minutes after they opened, with on On-Line order, the fryers (for my hash browns) hadn't even been turned on. So, their response was for me to park it for 30 minutes while they heat up. No thanks. I sat by the window for 5 minutes and he decided to just give me all my money back. Wouldn't it have been a better customer experience to admit you didn't get there early enough and forget to turn on the fryers and then offer me a free sandwich with my refund. Instead, he didn't. This long time customer is done.“
“I ordered the "Daily Double " and everytime they are acting as if they are broadsided by my request and I have to pull up to the last window & wait. Only when I order the DD that chaos seems to happen! Other than that stellar service.“
