I mean it’s fast food.Can’t expect much.Customer service isn’t always the best.Sometimes it takes forever. They always always get something wrong. Food is ok. Good when you’re desperate and need a quick meal. Better than the Taco Bell here in Ashland.
Fast food last night was anything but fast. I had to sit at the drive through window for over 5 minutes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which I could confirm was entered into their system since I could see it on the display screen. After my long wait they apologized which I waived off saying no worries. When I got back to our hotel room I soon realized that they had given me a chicken wrap instead of a sandwich. The manager was having a panic attack and getting frustrated with everyone and everything. I hope he gets the space he needs from this job. It doesn't seem like a healthy place to work. I'd suggest higher-ups provide more love and compassion in the workplace. Fast Food is tough. The question should be, why is one of your employees feeling that way in the space you created? Good Luck.
