“The Jersey Mikes in Sherwood went above and beyond today. Not only did their lovely staff alert me that I had enough points to get a free sub, when I went to my car and discovered a dead battery they jumped my car!!! One of the staff went home, got his jumper cable and got my car started! Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place but they have my undying loyalty now. BTW it was pouring rain at the time. Those two young men are not only great workers but great assets to our community. Thank you!“

“I always show up just before they start closing up they will be doing the floors putting stuff away. That doesn't stop them from making sure I get my sandwich fast and just the way I like it, even if that means getting more stuff out for me and messing up what they have already cleaned, always nice about it.“

“Friendly service, i felt like the sandwich artist took his time to make a good sandwich. Others were complaining but we weren't there for speed over quality. The layout is rough though, the tables and walkway are too close to the sandwich line. We had to keep stepping aside for people, but it could just be Walmart people.“

Makes me feel like it's a great place for regulars!! What SUBWAY isn't? My cousin in Saipan has SUBWAY for lunch every single day, literally, to maintain, you know what I mean!! “My parents and I always come to this Jimmy John's and never have had an issue with the service. We always enjoy our food and generally the atmosphere is is great. I would recommend this Jimmy John's and I will definitely go back. With that being said, I'm hoping this visit is just a one off and I'm hoping this reaches the franchise owner since I cannot seem to get ahold of them. The person that was kind of "running " the show made the environment extremely uncomfortable today. Every swear word you can think of was being thrown around. He helped an elderly couple and was very short with them as I observed. He made the other employee that was there at the time extremely uncomfortable and you could tell in that employees eye contact with me that he was apologetic but couldn't say it out loud. If you're that upset, just take a couple minutes and go to the back a take a few deep breaths... but it was truly unprofessional and unnecessary in front of customers.“
