We placed an order for Christmas Eve to pick
up our Christmas dinner. The confirmation
email told us to pick up till 4:59.
We showed up at 4:40 to pick up our order
(assuming we still have 20 minutes no
problem)
The guy inside David told us he would not give
us our food as they stopped handing it out at
4:30.
We showed him our order confirmation and
he said he doesn't care its done.

cockroaches everywhere. In both locations. i can't deal with poor maintenance.
Worst experience!!
When we arrived to pick up our ham after calling twice we were told to go and wait at the white tent for our ham. Once we got helped there we were told no we had to go inside. My husband and I did not feel comfortable doing that and were told they was no other option. He went inside, where he was told we were a day early(we weren’t) and they could not find our order.
