I've been to a Happy Lamb before, but this one is much larger and better staffed. It was super busy, but every member of the staff was really helpful and friendly, and our food arrived promptly.

I haven't had hotpot this good since I left New York. The broth was delicious and flavorful, all of the food was fresh and tasty. It had a really fun, upbeat atmosphere and was well worth the trip out to Beaverton. Very excited to go back again!
