Being a Texas boy I’m of course a BBQ snob. I’ve lived in the NW for about 14 years and had fair to pretty decent BBQ. Baldy’s was the exception…the food was outstanding! I got a to go order of rib tips and burnt ends and both were literally the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The BBQ sauce was good but not needed because the meat in both dishes were so wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection.
My wife and I have been to this restaurant both on the west side and the east side location and the food has been great and delicious. Service is good and the food order arrives in a reasonable time. The ambiance is average.
