Wow! Marco went above and beyond to make a birthday cake last minute for my son. He took the time to custom create a cake on the fly and his customer service was on point. He really made my day. Thank you Marco! He needs a raise.
I understand that finding enough employees in this time can be tough and accidents happen. The line was pretty slow but the low amount of employees can explain that. However I specifically asked if an item I ordered was in the bag I was given and was told it was. But when I got home it seems that I was lied to. The item that I PAID FOR was not in there and I found no use in going back because with the line being so slow why bother.

I did, and spent 20 minutes waiting on a Blizzard.
