Service was not great. I stood at the counter waiting to pay while many people just stood by and didn't even acknowledge. I ordered in for 5 tacos, 2 burritos, and a crunch wrap and they smashed it in the smallest bag, which ended up ripping before I got it. Wondering what happened to the trays they used to have for dine in. My food was smashed and the tacos were broken.

Dude !! They are hiring here for $20.00 bucks an hour!!! Ps that's what I make at UPS ..... wowsa !But..... for how long it takes to get food its a good thing with those people make that much damn money . Just to say their busy as an understatement and you know they are dealing with some jerks, because if you go there and you're not in the Drive-Thru which is usually down Kearney and on the 3rd Street if you're not lucky. Hmmm; where shall I begin? The people serve the drive through shared of walkins. I ordered on the video order and I watched as 10 cars went through drive through but my order never came. Finally, 22 minutes later, I get my stuff. Specifically ordered no lettuce.,, catch out the pics. Ordered extra meat; nope. Id go back right now, but I'm hungry. Scraped off the lettuce and ate a weak taco. I asked for taco supreme no lettuce; no sour cream and gobs of lettuce.
