Visiting from out of town and came here during winter fest. Restaurant was entirely empty which gave me pause but damn good food! Carter was the cook and he threw down in the kitchen. I got the Cajun cod penne and the fish and chips. Every single piece of food that came out of the kitchen was ?. This location has hosted a number of different casual eateries over the years, and the Point keeps that tradition going, with the emphasis on casual. The tap list is decent enough but by no means extensive, and while they have a full bar, it didn't throw off any groovy cocktail lounge vibes - it's more of an industrial-feeling sports bar than anything, with a bunch of small TVs and one giant one. I don't know, it was a little cold so kept bulky coat on. And service was a bit cold too but maybe we got off on wrong foot. I ordered off vegan menu and I was impressed - felt hearty and I didn't feel I was missing much
