The reason is the guy in the kitchen on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday knows how to cook them. The omelette was fantastic. Cooking great pancakes is an art form. “The drinks and atmosphere was great. The poutine was just okay compared to the real deal in Canada. The charcuterie plate we got had a lot of meat and cheese but the bread left something to be desired. The plate could have benefited from some fruit as well. Otherwise great time overall.“
“The Highland Stillhouse was an outstanding place for a first date! The building was impressive from the outside and I was blown away when I went inside, everywhere I looked were visual treats to take in. Aesthetics were really curated you can tell with the quality of craftsmanship for the bar, tables, chairs and a beautiful wall library with couch like seats!
