“Place and atmosphere is very nice as every other viewer has mentioned. Just wanted to note that I ordered a hamburger and the patty was really dry despite it being Wagyu meat with the buns a bit over-grilled (to the point I’m not sure if it was actually toasted or not). So on that note, I don’t recommend coming here to get a burger. Other items might be better though. Also note there’s a paid parking area (the one closest to the lodge) and another one that’s free.“

“I had the chicken breakfast sandwich on sourdough and a breakfast waffle, with 50/50 gravy and Sriracha by recommendation of nice lady on the phone. Both were really solid and at a great price. I do wish the pieces of chicken were thicker or just covered the sandwich more, but it's not a deal breaker, I'll be going back.“

“This is the BEST place to take your kids for a fun indoor play session! The play space is always very clean and well-managed. We have been here to play several times and today we had our daughter’s birthday party here! It was the best experience! The music was a mix of '70's and '80's and it was super nice to hear some songs I hadn't heard in awhile. The tables are set up a little awkward, so even though there were few customers we had to sit in the middle of the room, and would have preferred a little more privacy-but that's not much of an option. The food was ok. I had the BLT and the bacon was on the thinner side, and the sandwich did not have much flavor. I got mine with a side salad and the salad was super yummy. My dinner partner got a burger and stated it was a little dry. His fries were ok-but this was just typical bar food and I would not go there out of my way to eat. Our drinks were pretty simple and good.“

“Went to the new Boring Rose Brewery and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, the building is beautiful, and they have the perfect location. I had the Latrobe Lager and it was so good that I took some home. My friend had white wine, which they have on tap. Jamie was very helpful in answering some plant questions. “The kitchen inconsistency is still an issue. One morning pancakes are the size of silver dollars and another morning they are the size of dinner plates. Also, be aware of the order in which parties were seated. Never a good experience to see a party who came in after your party get their food before you do. On that subject, do your best to have all the food ready to deliver to the table at the same time, even if you have to park a few dishes while you wait on the rest. Nothing fun about the last person served at the table waiting 8-10 minutes for their food while the others have theirs.“

“A cozy stop in the McMenamins basement. You are right in the action of the winery - which I found to be cool. The tables are situated between both sides of the working winery. I was there after hours of when they were working, but I imagine it would be cool to come earlier in the day and see wine being made right in front of you! All the tables line windows with a full view into the production areas. There are wine tastings, beer tastings and cider tastings. There was plenty of seating when I came on a weekday evening. I did the white flight which featured four different varieties of white wine. I got the charcuterie and a flight and it was a great girl dinner! The charcuterie was very fairly priced and a huge portion. While I didn't get it enjoy it as I didn't have a huge amount of time, I saw them setting up for live music, I would love to come back again to hear the live music.“

“M & M Restaurant, been here before for breakfast and you get just that.. not great, but an above average breakfast. Wednesday 11:30 I'm thinking omelet but said I'd like a Rueben Sandwich 15 minutes or so later, first bite.. this is a REUBEN SANDWICH! A classic sandwich but so hard to find a really good one. Not greasy, no rubbery meat, no cheap Swiss, not over salted, not sharp crunchy packaged sauerkraut and not sopping wet with too much dressing. This comes with ample meat, stretchy melted Swiss, perfect sauerkraut and the right amount of dressing all stacked within 3 slices of rye. 3 slices of rye sound overwhelming but the flavors are in perfect harmony. Did I mention that it was really good?“

I miss the 1900s when we could afford McMenamins. I will still come but my lord it's expensive.“

The inside is filled with fun decorations, incredibly neat curving wood tables and various games like uno and chess to grab from shelves to play while you wait for food. 10/10 for me right now!“

“It's a little strange that you can't go into the main restaurant to eat. You can only pick up to go orders. All dine-in is done in the bar. Our server was also the bartender. She was so busy. The food was delicious, and the music that was playing on the speakers was great.“

“Spent a weekend at Edgefield with friends. What a fun place with lots to do....food, drink, games, massage, golf and a soaking pool. I was a little hesitant about the "shared" bathroom, but it was no big deal. Lots of history and fun artwork everywhere.“
