Our pizza was delivered 2 hours late. We called to see when our food would be here, and were greeted with disrespect and rudeness. When our food finally arrived, the driver had taken a piece of our children’s pizza.
I paid for extra meat on my philly cheesesteak pizza (which it states in the receipt). I opened the box and you couldn't even see one piece of steak. My sandwich hardly had meat either and the bread was so crispy I could hardly chew it. I ordered online and paid ahead, then went to the store where the only worker was making pizzas. Their service was less than helpful. Their app said the order was ready but when I got here they hadn’t even put it in the oven. They were talking amongst themselves and I didn’t see one of them wash their hands before putting on new gloves and handling new orders.
