“Main Street location is convenient for parking. We were seated at a cozy table by the fireplace. The menu is clearly labeled with Vegan and Vegetarian (and Gluten Free) options. Ordered the Trust your Gut salad. Daily Specials and the dessert counter are also worth a perusal. Friendly staff and winter decor make for a pleasant meal.”

“This is hands down the best, most authentic Thai I've found anywhere. Having this lovely family and restaurant in CG is wonderful.

“Bohemia Tavern can be easy to miss from outside the building, but their entrance is on the side and towards the back of the parking lot.

The Tavern has quite a lot of space inside. They have a few pool tables right when you walk in. When traveling deeper inside, you'll find a long bar to sit at and wait to order your drinks or pre-packaged snacks from the bartender. There is another decent sized room at the front of the building that has a couple of shuffle board tables, an arcade style pong machine, and some pinball machines. Towards the back of this room is walled off for slot machines to gamble on.

Going backward, there is a nice covered patio out the back door by the pool tables. Tables and chairs, flowers, and plants. This was a cool and quiet spot to get in some good conversation if it's loud inside.

The bathroom (the women's) wasn't very spacious at all, so Heaven help any who drink too heavily and hoped not to hit their head while going down in a stall. Not ADA-compliant by any means, so keep that in mind.

Otherwise, all was well and entertaining. Bar hopping can be done on this side of town easily just by walking to the nearest ones from here.”

“Oh my goodness, ain't was so impressed with Aylah! I have been to multiple fast food places--the main chains. None of them would do a lettuce wrap and at best gave me the essentials in a box that I would need to grease my fingers to eat.

I came into Carl's after a couple of years being here before. I am desperately following the Atkins diet and our circumstances called for a quick lunch. I prepared for the above experience.

When I asked for no bun, Aylah spoke up immediately and asked it I wanted that lettuce wrapped! I was floored and wanted to hug her. With excitement, I even ordered a second sandwich--lettuce wrapped.
