Fantastic food! I had the MACHU KRUNG & AMOK TREY. Both were delish. The stew came first. Tender beef in a lemongrass & tamarind gravy. The steamed fish was a bit like a coconut curry, yum. In love with this restaurant!! We were passing through Eugene for the night and wanted to get some food to go. We ordered: garlic chicken wings 4.5/5 - great sauce and crisp on wings. Wished there was another accompanying sauce or aioli machu Khmer (soup) 5/5 - great flavor from the soup!! recommend getting a bowl of rice to eat alongside the soup cha krung (noodle stir fry) 5/5 - flavorful and packed with veggies. We finally found the gem in the corner of 18th and Chambers. It is called the Angkor Cafe. The food is absolutely amazing. People you got to put this place on your next stop. You won't be disappointed. The best place in Eugene so far.
