“My first time here. Going on a pretty good vibe. Microdosed some mushrooms and picked up a pint of crown. Walked around downtown for a few hours looking for a solid brunch location to feed the gluttony. I’ve eaten most places downtown, I’ve always wanted to try brails, but never made it happen. That is until today. I imposed , an F-it and “yes man” sort of self assurance today and told myself I’m going to walk brails and give a try. Worst case scenario I just go to old nicks if brails isn’t for me.Greeted at the moment of entry and seated right away, they wait staff, who by the way were nothing less than amazing, handed me a menu and asked me about my drinks. Little did they know I looked up their menu before arriving.I gave her my order and as disappointed to find out they do not serve bourbon or beer. “Out of this world great service! I go here a lot to drink and always thought it was a great bar. But tonight I came in sober to buy food, pre-ordered and waited in line (which is fine) one bartender behind the bar and she was killing it! Our food is perfect I even added extra things everything is exactly perfect. Fish tacos omg so good the club is amazing and the squirrel dip is delicious. They even added forks and napkins something even most fast food places lack. Hands down some of the best food and service I've had in a hot m!!!! The service is great, the pizza is brought to the table, ask for ranch it doesn't come on its own. Now the time you have been waiting for the food!We got the pepperoni with Italian sausage. Sausage is cut thin not in a crumble form. The sauce was balanced good flavor but doesn't over power with sage, time or oregano. The crust is on the thin side which is great if you want more than once pieces because the cuts are pretty big (Costco pizza slices size). Cheese is quality, the pepperoni used is quality and big NYC style which I personally love. Crust was not floppy, and the back crust bite was crunchy and had a snap.We got the garlic knots with cheese.. “I got myself the Bollywood bowl; it was delicious. This is particularly enjoyable because I requested it in the Vegan option. (Black beans and rice) instead of the chicken breast. I made it disappear rather quickly. This was due to the melange of Indian spices and crunchy Garbanzo beans. The service was good, since we got there before the lunch rush. It was warm when we arrived, but the temperature inside dropped significantly when folks start trickling in.I'd have preferred the music volume a bit lower, but it wasn't deafening.I always have had a good experience with Laughing Planet, so far.“

“This is the kind of place that will surprise you. The tacos were tasty and the service was solid. The pastor has good flavor and the carnitas had a good grill on them. The vibe is converted gas station. It’s real. The place didn’t have exactly a clean feel but the bathrooms were newly remodeled and they were spotless. The food was good and we felt energized and happy.“
