Worst costumer experience of my life! This guy crushed a roach right in front of me with his bare hands then proceeded to serve me my pretzel WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!! He also tipped himself using my card?!?

Worst customer service experience of my life. The dude had 2 ear buds in and was muttering to himself, did not say a single word to me the entire time and tried twice to sell me things I didn't ask for. he pulled it out from the heat lamp, looked at me and pointed at it. didn't even have the respect to ask me with his voice, not like I wanted it anyway. to top it all off I paid almost 30 dollars for 3 items, one of which I didn't even want. When I visited here I was hoping to enjoy me a pretzel, however I was given food that was burnt and not enjoyable at all. Then later I find out that two things of pretzel bitz somehow cost me 18.54? So are you guys just tipping yourselves without even asking the customer? Terrible customer service and I can’t even believe you would give yourself a tip not signed nor approved by me.
