On 22/10/24, a friend and I decided to enjoy Bumper's. We live in Milwaukie so we don't often get the opportunity. Its a treat. This experience was disappointing. After requesting water twice from our server, once from the hostess and once from a passing server, my friend went to get our water. Our server assured her it was "just about" to be delivered.
