“Went in 2019, and returned in 2024 (we are from Florida). We happened to be there during slow times. Service was fast and friendly. Food excellent. I had Khao soy noodles for the first time ever. I liked it, but have nothing for comparison. Also tried orange chicken. Sometimes orange chicken can be too sweet, but this version was more balanced. I liked this version, but I typically do not like orange chicken because it is too sweet. However, it was still sweet enough that my daughter also liked it. A win.”

“Chili Relleno, Chicken Tacos, BRC burritos, breakfast burritos, queso dip and hot sauce were really really good. Street Tacos were excellent and reminded us of southern California. Friendly family atmosphere. helpful staff and clean facility. If you haven't tried this place you should soon.”

“service was great, but the food took an hour to arrive and it was missing half the order. scramble was dry and way overcooked. then there was the no-cash fee, basically a credit card fee I wasn't told about. not a big deal but communication goes a long way. to top it off, they opened the doors to cool it off and I was blasted with cigarette smoke from the people sitting outside. I will never return.”

“We ordered delivery from here and can only comment on the food which we found to be both interesting and delicious. The lamb pizza and berry chipotle were fun combinations. The berry chipotle almost had a bbq flavor. The soup was good and the lamb gyro was huge. One of our favorite meals on this trip.”

“Our subway experience was made fantastic by the subway master behind the counter! A truly fantastic visit, he was thoughtful and kind to every customer that came in (we dined in), verified all items on our order ensuring it was a custom sandwich indeed. I have never had an employee treat us and the other guests so well. Fantastic work, james!!”

After moving to Florence a few years ago, I was in search of a competent, reliable coffee shop to feed my caffeine addiction. I tried several local promising locations but was disappointed in the lack of consistent quality in both the product and personnel. Subsequently, I ventured into our local Dutch Bros affiliate and, not only was the coffee expertly prepared, but the staff was courteous, engaging and very professional. I’ve now been a regular customer for over a year and have never been disappointed in staff performance or product quality. Holly Smith, the Manager, has inspired a sense of pride and camaraderie in her employees that is infectious with customers. Numerous employees with varied shifts and a challenging menu that constantly changes are handled expertly with calm and grace. Her positive attitude and strong commitment are mirrored by her staff and a pleasure to experience. She instills a sense of pride and accomplishment with her crew, and it is a pleasure to interact with these genuine, caring people. With her talent, attitude, work ethic, and proven ability to work amicably with both personnel and the public, my only worry is that she’ll be promoted or squired away by some corporate headhunter. Until that time, I’ll continue to enjoy this jewel of a coffee spot and the great team of baristas. Great job, Holly, you have my gratitude, and my continued business.

“We had been waiting to get back for Friday prime rib, as the restaurant didn’t have it for a while. Service and wait staff is always good, but this last Friday, the prime rib was nothing like before. What we recalled from last visit was a sizzling, perfectly cooked as ordered, piece of beef. This time, we asked for medium and medium rare, and both were cooked much longer ( no pink? red?).
I’m hoping this review gets to them, because I don’t want to give up .”

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken is always great if you can get it fairly fresh. I miss the chicken breast but may substitute strips for breast but beware it could get pretty dry under the heat all day. Beware of hard biscuits that have sat under heat too long. Blueberry are delicious. Buttermilk is nothing to write home about. They have a little bit of a lot of merchandise.”
