Matsukaze Japanese Restaurant has been a staple in Grants Pass for nearly 40 years, offering Japanese, Korean, and Hawaiian cuisine. The friendly staff, including owner John, provide excellent service in a clean and relaxing environment. The Kalbi ribs are tender, tempura is lightly breaded, and the pickled veggies and kimchi add a nice touch. While the Red Snapper could use more flavor and the miso soup was a bit salty, the overall experience is a good value for the price. Matsukaze is a great choice for a wholesome meal with friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere.
