I placed an online order with an estimated pick up of 6:12. I came in at 6:15 and was not acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. Everytime I come to this location it is always a breeze.I typically place my order on the phone and go and pick it up, sometimes I walk in as it's being prepared, no big deal ill hang and wait.Quality is always consistent, establishment is clean staff is great, and one girl that works there is always very friendly and helpful, her name is Arianna. I went in right as dinner was at a high. I have allergies so my pizza ? is made in the back where It's freshly cut up. The young man who took my order was extremely helpful and and accommodating. He made my pizza himself so that it would not get mixed up with allergyfoods. Thanks to everyone there keep up the good work ? ??
