This Hillsboro location looks very run down. Holes in the booth seats, the host looked like he didn't care to be there. I heard an elderly man come out of the bathroom complaining how hard the door was to open. He almost couldn't get out. Women's bathroom was a mess. It was around 4pm. Three groups eating. After we both used the restroom, we waited an additional 15 mins and no one came to take our order. Looked like 3 people working- host, waitress, chef. Many tables with food dishes still hadn't been cleaned up. We got up and left. Passing the pie display, there were six unappetizing pies that looked like they came out of a box. I was very disappointed at the lack of service we got here. Most likely won't be coming back to this location. Shari's owner - if you care about your restaurant, please make some major changes to your restaurant (staff,cleanliness,upgrades). It's gone downhill big time since the last time we've been here.

Once I got my meal, I never saw the sites again. She got a bit swamped, I get it.I saw a couple walk in and stand & wait to be greeted and seated. Neither happened, so they walked out. You've got to have fast & friendly hostsses/hosts with their head on a swivel (I used to be one, so I'm speaking from experience). Food was really good!
