Drove about an hour to check this place out, heard good things and good BBQ isn't easy to find. I'm glad to say that this was definitely worth the trip. The brisket sandwich was absolutely fantastic, the person running the truck was very friendly, and it was an all around pleasant experience. Will visit again.
Great pulled pork sandwiches with fresh, tangy coleslaw! Make sure to get extra napkins! I don't eat bbq often, but every once in awhile I get a craving and Mt. Hood BBQ makes it easy to satisfy the desire. It's a food truck, so everything is fresh and fast. For those with larger appetites, they have a sampler platter with ribs, brisket and burnt ends.
