“Sushi in a very simple form. This is what I need from sushi. I don't need flashy plates or unique flavors. I just want fresh, flavorful food. Cherry's delivers on that. Had the unagi caterpillar roll which is a cooked freshwater eel roll topped with avocado and eel sauce. Amazing. One of the best I've ever tried. My wife started stealing from my plate. The service is friendly and the ambiance is casual, perfect for the average customer. Come give it a try!“
“In Salem for a couple days training, and this place was near my hotel. Excellent customer service, large portions, lovely atmosphere (I waited inside for my online order), and quite good food. I wish there were more vegetables on my special noodles, but that's literally my only complaint. “I just wanted to drop a quick line to say how amazing J’s Teriyaki is, I order almost every day on Door Dash and not only is it sooo delicious but they actually show appreciation for their customers. I had a couple of incidents where extra teriyaki sauce was accidentally left out of my order and to make up for it they sent me an entire bottle! “He is a one-man shop but his food is a comfort to my kids! They love his curry, karaage, tonkatsu and his croquettes that he sometimes packs for us! It may take some time since he makes things on his own but, like his former place on 12th Street, the owner is very kind and courteous to all of his customers. He is expanding his menu slowly to bring back favorites and to try new things so it's always a delight to check in and see what he has to offer.“

“Tried Manna for the first time today. They are currently doing take-out only, but said they hoped to be open for dine-in sometime in July. We placed a to-go order and they brought it to our car when it was ready. Quick and friendly service. The food was great and they recommended the citrus sake mojito (can also be made virgin). It was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back.“
“This is my favorite Sushi track in town! You can pull plates off the track or order to your table. The plates are very affordable and the cost makes it easy to be adventurous and try new things. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful.“

While the quality was better than expected and amazing. The outside looks kind of like a dive but don’t let that fool you. The inside is nice, and the food is amazing.“
