Visited store traveling through. Staff/Owner were very friendly. I screwed up my wife’s order. They made it again, laughing about it. Great customer service. They get what customer service should be.
Been here many times in past few months and service is generally the weak spot in the experience. The servers are pleasant and seem to try hard but there are not enough of them and most seem inexperienced. That would be fine but it appears they are lightly supervised and could benefit from more guidance and help. I keep coming back because the food is good and their special or snack offerings are reasonably priced. Would recommend for the food but your patience might be tested.After...read full review

The worst experience. The employees were very immature and screwing around so much, using profanity, being loud and obnoxious. They got my order wrong 3 different times, and everyone else's order wrong because they were messing around too much. If they were my employees I would have handed them their final checks. Oh and hair in my food.
