“Bad timing in ordering, on line, ( order # AF0620C2-DA) at the 2185 NW Hwy 101 location. Upon my arrival the two staff members were in argument and one quit.That left one who was, in my opinion in mental despair and refused to give me a refund and for me to seek remedy by calling the corporate office. I'm not going to go into further details of my negative experience witnessed by other customers.I continued my efforts ( not a quitter) and drove to this Subways location and threw the dice. FORTUNATELY the worker, later identified as AMANDA , heard my horrible experience ( with details) and rectified the situation. Not only did she not accept my payment , she made my wife's 6in a foot long. AMANDA even raced out to the parking lot to hand back my phone I had left to assist her on my first online order at the previous Subway.The ONLY reason i will pay patronage to Subway in the future ( and just to this location) is by the work ethic by AMANDA.My visit was April 2nd about 4:15pm.“
