“We loved the food very good and old school authentic like a traditional old ma and pa burger shack but the pricing for the food was outrages. Too overpriced for how small the portions we were given and they offer no combo meals everything ordered separately. Over all tasted amazing and the milkshakes were delicious and handmade but did not taste as well you would think based on how much we spent.“
“I go for ice cream, most the time and food rarely for Ive never really enjoyed the food, I have tried. I like doggie cup for my little one whom seems to go with me everywhere...Id give one more star if consistant service, some are great others must think im dieting, serving me as though i would like what they would, ice cream is made to be smothered with whatever toppings you ask, seems some try and protect me with only a drop of topping, they just dont get it, I want that feel of too much sometimes, thats what ice cream does for me...I want to have that Happy Hog feel ?“
“Vegetarian options: McDonalds does not cater to Vegetarians at all. Gotta improvise! My favorite treat is a hot fudge sundae with fudge and caramel both. Can’t beat it for the price. McDonalds makes the best and freshest breakfast type sandwich. The other fast food places just can’t compete. I eat dairy so I order the McMuffin with NO SAUSAGE (no meat). Egg & cheese on English muffin. Yum. Hash browns or French fries too. I also LOVE the Oatmeal. That’s all folks! Extremely limited for Vegetarians! ☹️“
“Reminds me of the old school drive up. Food is good reasonable prices fast service. Very friendly. Waitress, as I seen, rarely got tips. I tipped her well, for it was a cold, windy day hung in tough did her job. There are plenty of drinks to choose from.“
“This is my favorite burger in Walla Walla.Everytime I go there it hits the spot. Burger presentation is always excellent. Love the fries and sauce. I grew up and worked at In-N-Out burger. This is as close as you can get to In N Out burger. So glad this is downtown!“
“Great small bar. Apparently in the same location since it was established in 1941. Great atmosphere and patrons. Lisa and the owner are the only staff. It was Lisa who made the experience. She was amazing. Cheap beer and 2 decent pool tables check off all my requirements. Outside patio to smoke.Parking: Just a few spots out front, the entrances on each end were a bit hard to see clearly at night. Easy to handle for most. Poorly lit narrow street full of residential cars.“
“We have been in the area the past few months and have eaten here several times, everything has always been great! The staff friendly, inside and out everything was clean and tidy. Our food has always been very good! I do not know why the ratings are not higher. I come here when I am in town several times a year. As they say, "Live a Little" and enjoy some great food!“
“Venturing to this burger stand felt like a nostalgic journey back to simpler times, reminiscent of classic drive-thru ambience. After my most recent visit, I must emphatically reiterate: go here. Their classic burgers are a symphony of flavors, their shakes an elixir of bliss, and their fries, oh, their fries, a sinfully indulgent delight. It's not the swiftest fare in town, so if you're in a hurry, look elsewhere. But mark my words, the wait is a small price to pay for such culinary nirvana.“
“My food has always been hot here, but I have noticed that the service isn't the greatest. They have a lot of kids that work here, and they seem like they don't want to work. Consumer service needs to be better here, in my opinion.“
“Each time I gather in the MF area with friends we choose to meet at some point at the Upper 9! The place is always clean, the staff friendly, the food & drinks perfect! There is a larger indoor dining area, an outdoor dining area on the deck with a view of the golfing area, and a nice indoor bar between the two. They are very accommodating for small and larger groups. We have held planning meeting for 6-12 people and HS classmate events for up to 60+ people. We may make reservations months in advance, they push tables together for larger groups, bring on more staff, and handle us with ease! I have enjoyed eating there all times of the day. If you have not been to the Upper 9 for meals (including breakfast!) you have to stop in. This is a favorite of the locals as well as people who visit and pass through the area.Vegetarian options: They menu is well written, they are happy to adjust any items so as to accommodate all diets.Dietary restrictions: The menu is diverse, they are happy to adjust any items so as to accommodate all diets.Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front of the building and a large gravel parking lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: It is listed as a restaurant; however, I never have seen any children in the dining areas.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice ramp and strong handrail to the right side of the building for wheelchairs or people who have issues with steps.“
