I had the chirmole turkey panucho and will have many more. These crispy corn 'tortillas' are stuffed with beans and topped with the most deliciously spiced moist turkey.“

“We heard about the Woodsman and the quality of the Thai food and finally got a chance to try it for ourselves this last weekend. As my Gram used to say, "My Lands!" That was some good eatin'! I started with the Lupe Margarita which was uniquely delicious and flavorful...your tastebuds were treated to a salted rim with a hint of cayanne, and the drink itself was complex and yummy. Five stars to start. For my entree, I ordered the only Peruvian dish on the menu...Aji Gallina. This was slow cooked gently spiced chicken over garlic potatoes and rice. It was fabulous. I like my food on the spicy side so our server brought over a cruet of home made spicy sauce. This was the real deal...hot...but complex and wonderful. I elected to put a dollop on my plate and grab a little with my fork on each bit. I will be back!“

“I was in portland oregon just down the road from the Ronald house on water front. One of the sales man seen me and my son out side a coffee place waiting on my wife we had been life flighted to portland do to our son having a serious disorder. So we where in no way prepared for the wind the gorge brought. This sales man came up and gave my 2 year old son a hat and gloves and some ciders for us adults btw where pretty good ( very unexpected as i like cider but am picky ). But I wanted to come on here and thank the guy for hat and gloves my kiddo still wears the hat on a daily bases.“

They also have great salad options for your meal! People were nice all the staff! If I didn't have to pay more for switching fries for salad I would have gave 5 stars!“

“We love Indian food so as we were passing through Corvallis we were very happy to see that Corvallis now has a couple of selections for Indian restaurants. After reading the reviews, we selected Nirvana as the one we would try. Upon entering, we were impressed with how clean the restaurant was, very neat and orderly, but didn't have a lot of Indian decorum. The Hostess (also our server) was quick to greet and seat us, then returned to take our order. She was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. The wait for our food was pretty quick (about 10 minutes - pretty quick for Indian food). I ordered the Chicken Makhani and my Wife ordered the Navarattan Korma, along with a plain Naan and she had the Chai tea. The tea came first, and it was very lightly spiced, so much so that it was more like warm milk. Both of our entrees had a very thin sauce - not the rich and creamy sauce that is the bedrock of Indian food. The flavor on my dish was very good, but my Wife's had a little too much of a spice called Mehti, giving it kind of a strange, almost floral flavor. The Naan was great, so we used it to soak up some of the sauce. Overall, I would say that the food wasn't the best we had ever eaten, but it also wasn't the worst, so I rated the food as a 3, the service was great, so rated that a 5, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, but lacking decorations, therefore a 4. I don't think we will return, but I wish the Owners well.“

For the record this is the 3rd time this exact thing has happened to me at the Corvallis location, makes me wonder how many people don't catch double charges from them........... Update: The manager finally talked with me and said he would refund the extra charges. How ever I get a new notice of duplicate charges. He did refund me one of the charges AFTER he charged my account AGAIN.“

“I was passing by yesterday and saw that they were offering free coffee. Entered and waited patiently behind a couple of customers ordering some cocktail or something; I didn't have to wait long before getting up to the bar, where I asked an individual (who I later overheard was the owner of the establishment) about the coffee and he pointed me towards the self-serve coffee table with a smile. Offered creamer fresh out of the fridge to go along with it. I tipped a dollar and went on my way. Today I came in with my boyfriend (who was tired and needed to sit down). We got a coffee each and I asked the owner if he minded us sitting down; he said no, go ahead. We sat down at a table and drank our coffees, then left. Service was 11/10 despite us not even being paid customers. I'm not sure how good the food or menu is, or the prices associated, but I will say that the service here was incredible. The same people will be there from one day to the next and will greet you with a smile even if they've seen you once before or a thousand times. Solid 11 out of 10.“

The secret is to eat your pizza there when the thin crust is fresh. The topping s are absolutely upgraded from my last visit, and I would highly recommend switching up the base sauces. They now have actual BBQ sauce for the BBQ chicken pizza, as well as pesto and alfredo... even ranch! We got a meat focused pizza as well as a BBQ Chicken version. I was shocked that hubs preferred the BBQ. The original red sauce IS a bit on the spicy side in comparison to other chains, FYI. All of the toppings were fresh, and the workers are very zen about their work... very fun to watch everyone there enjoy their work and focus on fun vs fast food.“

“This is our go to restaurant our family has been coming here since 2006. I'm gluten free and it's nice to get full flavor food, vegetables are always crispy and they are very friendly. I usually get Kung Pao Veggies and my hubby gets different tofu dishes. We have always had great meals and plenty of food.“

“8/4/2021 Best Chinese food in the valley hands down! We pickup a take-out order 3-4 times per month, sometimes more. HOWEVER, they seem to be slipping a little bit lately. The sweet n sour chicken was rock hard, literally crunchy. My Wife was shocked as it’s always good. Everyplace has an off day, hopefully this was a one time thing. Warning! Apparently they only add soy sauce in the “to-go” bags if you specifically ask for it. Bizarre! Who doesn’t use soy sauce on Chinese food. We love Queens Chopsticks. By far the best we’ve found in Corvallis/Philomath. Highly recommend. A little spendy, but worth every penny…most of time.“
