I drink a lot of coffee and eat a lot of pastries around portland, and nothing comes close to Bison Coffeehouse.Delicious, sweet but not sickening coffee, plus a lightly spicy and savory biscuit, theres nothing else i crave as much at 10 am as Bison's ?Highly recommend to anyone doing the coffee rounds in PDX! You will NOT be disappointed.
Literally the best coffee I've ever had and not just in Portland. Their coffee has lots of flavor and isn't too acidic. I'm not sure if their pastries are made in house or not, I think they are.. either way they always have a large variety and whoever is baking them knows what they are doing. I'm not usually a fan of coffee shop pastries but these are fantastic and are always fresh and flavorful.
