Okay, after 30 hours of layovers and luggage snafus...we've arrived to PDX...and amongst the construction, there's this FANTASTIC place, Elephant's. Warm and hearty comfort food and coffee (I highly recommend the Sausage frittata). The staff is super friendly and personable...And it really counts when you've had rough travel. Thanks Elephant's for bringing us back to life with your yumminess!
Came to PDX to pick up family. Under construction, but Flying Elephants is open. Got a coffee, but they gave us free house coffees because of inconvenience of construction. Tasted good. They rock.
