Do NOT order delivery. Only order in-store. Workers are clearly being pressured by higher-ups to skimp on delivery orders. You will get a barren slab of pizza crust with a light dusting of ingredients, and you will pay a premium for it. In-store the pizza is fantastic.
Mod is one is the best, how can you go wrong when you choose all your own ingredients?!
It's a shame how expensive everything is. I can't justify spending $14 a pizza now when not long ago l used to get the same for under $8!

Great food and drinks for a modestly low price. Clean dining room. They do take out as well and everything is custom made per order. Lots of parking and outdoor seating.
