Kowloon Chinese has always been a pretty good pick for Chinese in Roseburg. I've been here since I was a kid. Their Mar Far chicken is so good and crunchy, I love it. They have pretty good pan fried noodles on most days. Just don't order the chow mein thinking it'll be anything less than a weird vegetable dish that makes me wanna say; Yuk! Their classic chefs special is my favorite order. Pan fried noodles, rice and Mar Far. Yum!
The food is good and the service is excellent, the place is getting a little bit. It could use a little sprucing up. I enjoy the Mar Far chicken and chicken chop suey. NoParking: There's a section that used to be able to be used and it is now blocked off. But they do have a large parking for the restaurant.

Messed up our order, charged us anyway and took all of my sons' leftovers. Staff was very rude and tried to charge double. It has always been our favorite place to visit when we drive the several hour trip. Have always felt like family until the new ownership. Ruined my family members bday dinner. Miss the old owners. :-( Food quality has gone down as well.
